• Information about services carried out, for the management of bookings and the loyalty card.

We do not collect data through forms on this website, nor do we use our own tracking cookies.

• Responding to booking requests and providing the service — performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
• Managing the loyalty programme — client consent.

4. Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Sharing and processors

Booking communications are handled via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). The location map is provided by Google. These operators process data under their own policies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
