Liability Declaration

Before any manicure, pedicure, or gel/polygel service is carried out, the client declares and accepts the following:

Health declaration

• I do not suffer from infections, open wounds, fungal conditions, or other lesions on the nails or skin of the hands and feet that would contraindicate the service.
• I have informed the professional of any allergies, sensitivities, health conditions, pregnancy, or relevant medication.

Informed consent

• I have been informed about the procedure, the materials used, and its duration.
• I understand that results may vary and that longevity depends on aftercare.
• I take responsibility for communicating any reaction or discomfort during and after the service.

Aftercare

I commit to following the maintenance recommendations given by the professional in order to preserve the result and the health of my nails.

Image consent (optional)

I authorise the capture and publication of photographs of the work carried out for promotion on the studio's social media. (Tick only if you agree.)
